Installation guys just left. Cruising around 50 Mbps, which isn't their top speed, but they threw in two years of HBO and all premium channels and a $400 gift card for a stupid low price. Fuck Time Warner!

don't you love monopolies? At my parents house in Connecticut they have this stupid company called Metrocast, and I swear their TV menus are from 1995. Just chunky pixelated garbage.

In college, the apartment complex I lived in could only use a company called NTC 60 channels and shitty internet for $100. The best part was when NTC sold their apartment portfolio to a company called AccessMedia3. Apparently this happened in like November and I didn't find out until February when I couldn't log into my NTC account to pay my bill. Then they increase our bill by $5 and it went downhill from there.

Graduated and moved to a different city where I could get Fios. DVR, 300+ channels, faster internet and HD for $140. Fuck TV monopolies......

We have TWC but would get FiOS if possible. As wed get it free because someone in the family works for them.

I hate you so much out of jealousy! Fucking comcast having a monopoly has trapped us with their "wonderful" service. Fios is literally two streets away but comcast stopped them from coming any closer.

thank god we got Directv though because comcast cable is still pretty bad.

Got FiOs here. It's pretty much unbeatable in price versus service. And it over-delivers! Only slated for 75 down, but I generally get 83. It hits Steam's download limiter!

I'd probably keep TWC, but it they put Comcast and RCN in the building TWC would have to lower their prices. I'm paying close to $200 a month for basic and the fancy channels (no NFL ticket).
